| Education/Skills Required | Must be competent with a chainsaw and possess own safety equipment (i.e. work boots, chainsaw pants, safety glasses, etc.) Must be physically fit and able handle landscaping equipment and tools safely Ability to work independently is essential Computer literacy is a requirement Effective communication skills a must |
| Job Description | Landscaping, Maintenance and Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager. In addition the suceesful candidate will be encouraged to provide a sketch of existing walking/hiking trails on the property, identifying interesting plants and natureal points of interest.
