Pulling together documentation required for review by the accreditation team and filing information manually and electronically.
Preparation of packages including policy binders and board binders.
Word processing and formatting of forms, documents and policies.
Developing indexes and numbering systems for policy documents.
Re-writing of documents, under the direction of accreditation team members.
Communicating with staff members about the work, how it is stored, etc.
Back fill for other admin staff in some other duites such as filing, copying, etc.
Other duties as required. |
